La Chinata Green Olives Spread is a delicious recipe made from our best selection of crushed green olives, which keep the flavour and properties of this delicacy, combined with EVOO, two essential foods in our Mediterranean diet.
With a soft and creamy texture, it gathers all basic flavours: bitter, salty, sweet and sour. Thanks to this flavours combination, is the perfect ingredient to enrich salads, pasta, meat, fish and sauces.
It is a very healthy product because it keeps all green olives properties, provide vitamins A, E and B group, in addition to minerals like phosphorus, iodine, potassium, magnesium and calcium, as well as antioxidants.
