Orders

1º. Choose the products and add them to the shopping cart.

2º. To continue with the purchase, from the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner click on 'Finalise purchase'.

3º. Fill in the required information and tick 'I have read and agree...' followed by 'Place order'.

Once the order is completed, a message will appear with the order number and then we will send an e-mail with the confirmation.

Yes. You can dial 679 313 214 from 10.00 am to 14.00 pm and from 16.00 pm to 18.00 pm from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) and we will place the order by phone.

The payment method is credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. You will receive an email to complete your purchase.

Write to [email protected] indicating the order number or call to 679 313 214 from 10.00 to 14.00 from 16.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday and we will cancel it if it is still in process and has not be shipped.  

Let us know via [email protected] your order number, missing item and a photo of the box. We'll show you how to proceed.

Let us Know via email to [email protected] [email protected] the order number, indicating which item is defective or broken, attaching a photo and we will give you a solution. It must be done within 48 hours after receiving the order and taking the photograph of the broken or damaged product.

In the online store we have plenty of already designed cases and boxes, but these are not customizable. This can only be made in La Chinata Oleotecas. You can find your nearest Oleoteca at https://lachinata.es/oleotecas/.

Shipping & delivery

To track your order you will receive an email from the shipping agency once it is in transit indicating its status. If you do not receive a notification with your order state you can write to [email protected] and we will contact the shipping agency to inform you of its status.

During the purchase process, the estimated delivery date is indicated.

It varies between one working day if it is an urgent order, two working days if it is a conventional order (MRW agency) and between two and three working days if it is refrigerated (Integra2 agency). To Europe the estimated delivery time is 7 days, to the Balearic Islands is about 4 working days, to the Canary Islands is between 7 and 15 days and international delivery time depends on the destination.

Deliveries are only made on weekdays. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

IMPORTANT: In times when we have a high volume of sales, such as sales, Christmas, Black Friday, promotions and bank holidays, the delivery time may be affected.

We have the option of express delivery with an added cost of 10 euros for orders under 50 euros, and 5 euros for orders over 50 euros.

This shipping method guarantees delivery on a working day. It is only available for orders shipped to the peninsula, placed before 16:00 the day before the delivery and on working days. Orders received after 16:00 are prepared the next day and delivered two days later.

Therefore, if an urgent shipment order is placed on a Friday after 16:00, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries are not done the same day (except with Email & Collect), nor on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Exceptions that do not allow 24-hour delivery:

  • Orders needing refrigerated transport.
  • Orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, European Union and International ones.

In times when we have a high volume of sales, such as sales, Christmas, Black Friday, promotions and holidays, the delivery time may be affected.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a cost of 15 euros and a weight limit of 25kg. If the order is over 200 euros, shipping costs are free. No refrigerated products are shipped.

Shipments to the Canary Islands have a cost of €15 and a weight limit of 25kg. If the order is over 200 euros, shipping costs are free. 

Delivery time between 7 and 15 working days. No refrigerated products are shipped

Shipments to the European Union have a weight limit of 25 kilos. The shipping cost are 15 euros and may vary depending on the tax of the destination country. If the order exceeds 200 euros, shipping is free.

The delivery time is between 5 and 7 working days. When making the purchase, you will be informed of the estimated delivery date.

No refrigerated products are shipped

Orders containing fresh products have a shipping cost of 10 euros. If the order exceeds 50 euros, the shipping cost is free.

The delivery time is adjusted to the conditions of each product and is indicated on the website.

IMPORTANT: If it is not possible to make the delivery and the shipping agency finally returns the product to us, the money of the fresh product and the shipping costs are not refunded.

Repayment and refund

To return an order, you have 30 days from the date the order was placed, please write to [email protected] indicating the order number and we will show you how to proceed in each case to give you a solution.

The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used in the purchase. If you have placed the order via credit card, the refund will be directly made to your account. If it was by bank transfer, we will need your account number or, alternatively, we can offer you a discount card equal to the amount to be returned for your next purchase in the online store.

It may take a few days to appear in your bank account.

The transport agency will try to deliver the order to the recipient on several occasions, if after several attempts it cannot be completed they will proceed to return it to our facilities. In this case, we will refund the order (excluding shipping costs).

Payments methods

You can choose to pay by:

  • Secure Payment by Credit Card: we accept payments by VISA, Master Card and American Express.
  • Paypal (except some products).
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay.
  • Bank transfer.

To choose a bank transfer as a payment method, you must request it by phone dialling to 679 313 214.

In banking operation concept you have to write the order number indicated in the purchase confirmation email.

You have 3 days from the time the order has been placed to make the transfer. The order will not be confirmed until the charge has been made to our account.

If we have not received the deposit within 5 days, we will cancel your order. Transfer fees will always be paid by the buyer.

To request an invoice, you will have to send an email to [email protected] and indicate the order number and billing details. 

Yes. We use secure payment systems. The confidential payment data in credit or debit cards are directly encrypted (SSL) and transferred to the financial institution.

When making the payment via secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect with the issuing bank, which will request authentication and authorization of the operation.

Easy and very fast, a purchase system that lets you order by email and pick your products at the Oleoteca you choose. How do I place my order? Discover how this new system works in 5 easy steps:

1.- Enter our website https://lachinata.es/ and simply add the products you would like to buy to your shopping cart. It is not necessary to register but if you do, you can avoid some steps.

2.- Once you have put in the shopping cart everything you need, click on it (upper right corner). Now select the Oleoteca in which you want to buy and fill in your data.

3.- You will receive a confirmation email when the Oleoteca receives your order, and our team gets on with it.

4.- When your order is ready, we will contact you via email or phone to tell you when you can pick it up.

5.- Once you arrive at your La Chinata Oleoteca, when it is your turn, you must show the collection confirmation email and pay in the same store.

Buy online and collect in your Oleoteca

Purchase system that allows you to buy online and collect your order at the Oleoteca you choose.

How do I place my order?

  1. Enter our website https://lachinata.es/ and simply add the products you would like to buy to your shopping cart. It is not necessary to register but if you do, you can avoid some steps.
  1. Once you have put everything you need in the cart, click on 'place an order', as you would normally do.
  1. In the next step select 'Click & Collect option (Store Pickup) and then choose the Oleoteca where you want to pick up the order. Continue with payment and you're done!
  1. When your order is delivered to your Oleoteca, we will contact you via email or phone to tell you when you can pick it up.
  1. Once you arrive at your La Chinata Oleoteca, when it is your turn, you must show the collection confirmation email.

Please note that we do not ship our Classic Line oils via Click & Collect, you can purchase them directly in your Oleoteca.

All Click & Collect orders will be treated as urgent and will be delivered to your Oleoteca within one or two business days. The Click & Collect service is free for orders over €50, and if it is less, it costs €5.

No, returns are made in the same place where the purchase was made.

Gifts

In the online store we have a blank in which you can write a message to the addressee and it will be attached to the order as a card.

We do not attach delivery notes in any of our orders never for both your safety and to protect the Environment. We send the delivery note to your email. If you have not received your delivery note and you want it, contact us at [email protected] and we will send it back to you.

For orders over 100 units of the same product, 5% discount is granted. Simply write the word ‘QUANTITY’ in the ‘promo code’ space in your shopping cart.

Customized gift.We have the option of customize the gifts (boxes, baskets, cases and buckets) by adding the company logo and a message to the presentation. A minimum of 20 units is required.

Quantity discountsWe have quantity discounts (-5% if you order more than 100 of the same reference) and price discounts (-7.5% > €2,500 and -10%> €5,000).

The delivery time depends on several factors. If we are in a high-volume season, delivery time can be longer.

In the online store we do not wrap as a gift; we have plenty of already designed baskets and boxes, prepared to gift.

Gift cards and promo codes

The promo codes are applied in the shopping cart, in the 'Promo code' area and the discount will automatically be effective.

IMPORTANT: If you do not enter your code correctly, it will not be applied once your purchase is complete.

For orders over 100 units of the same product, 5% discount is granted. Simply write the word ‘CANTIDAD’ in the ‘promo code’ space in your shopping cart. Then press apply and the discount will be reflected in the price.

  • CompletedAlready in preparation and ready to ship. But it doesn't mean it is delivered. That information will be given to you by the shipping agency in an email. You can also write an email to [email protected] to request information if you have not received the aforementioned email.
