La Chinata Boletus and Truffle Spread is elaborated with two highly valued ingredients: boletus and truffle, two delicacies with and intense flavour and aroma, whose combination creates a great culinary experience.
This spread is perfect to eat with red wine and it can be used in many red meats, pasta, sauces, quiches, omelettes, vegetables, potatoes, risottos and foie recipes.
