La Chinata Fig Pulp Vinegar is a unique product to dress our dishes, and it has a great number of nutritional properties.
Its texture is dense and its flavour is a mixture of sweet and acid.
INGREDIENTS
Alcohol vinegar (43%), fig puree (40%) (fig pulp (89.8%), sugar, antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), sugar, stabilizer (E-414) (sulphites), preservative (potassium metabisulphite) (sulphites).
Nutrition Facts per 100g: Calories 557 kJ/131 kcal, Total fat 0.3g, Saturated fat 0.1g, Carbohydrates 27g, Sugar 26.9g, Dietary Fibre 0.6g, Protein 0.005g, Salt 0.02g.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 3 months.
