La Chinata Raspberry Pulp Vinegar is a seasoning with a sweet and acid flavour, perfect to give a different and personal flavour to your dishes.
It results in a gourmet touch, where raspberry adds an exquisite sweetness. The outcome won't definitively fail to move you.
INGREDIENTS
Alcohol vinegar (42%), raspberry puree (39%) (raspberry pulp (90%), sugar), sugar, stabilizer (E-414) (sulfites), preservative (potassium metabisulfite) (sulfites).
Nutrition Facts per 100g: Calories 555 kJ/131 kcal, Total fat 0.2g, Saturated fat 0.1g, Carbohydrates 27.2g, Sugar 23.2g, Dietary Fibre 1g, Protein 0.4g, Salt 0.02g.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 3 months.
How to use
Add a splash of Vinegar to the Raspberry Pulp to your preparation. You can include it in cold dishes, vinaigrettes, sauces, salads, desserts and even with fruit.
