Petroni Rosso Vermouth

The Albariño grape is one of the most appreciated grapes worldwide, so three friends thought that someone should make a Galician Albariño vermouth. That's how ST Petroni Vermouth was born.

The vermutería found the perfect place in the rosalian vineyards of Pazo Arretén in Padrón. Its founders say that after a few months of trials, errors and some success, the macerators were soaked for the first time in 2014. Since then, the vermutería has not stopped receiving international compliments and awards.

Its colour is dark red with coppery glints. With a balanced anatomy, great crystallinity and sparkling brightness.

On the nose, ripe fruits, vanilla and delicate pastries stand out, wrapped in balsamic, medicinal and spicy nuances.

On the palate, it begins with a fresh, ample and elegant entry, able to balance acidity, sweetness and bitterness. It is full-bodied, and long-lasting. We highlight an aftertaste of bitter and intense sweets. It has a great complexity.
