Petroni Blanco Vermouth

The Albariño grape is one of the most appreciated grapes worldwide, so three friends thought that someone should make a Galician Albariño vermouth. That's how ST Petroni Vermouth was born.

The vermutería found the perfect place in the rosalian vineyards of Pazo Arretén in Padrón. Its founders say that after a few months of trials, errors and some success, the macerators were soaked for the first time in 2014. Since then, the vermutería has not stopped receiving international compliments and awards.

It has a pale yellow colour with green glints. With a balanced anatomy, great crystallinity and sparkling brightness.

It visibly evolves on the nose. It has great intensity and marked varietal character, with mineral touches, highlighting the very fresh citrus and herbaceous hints, wrapped in elegant aromas of old apothecary bathed in white flowers.

On the palate, it is balanced, structured and very fresh. With a well-defined volume and powerful acidity, as well as a pleasant smoothness. Long and elegant aftertaste of spicy sweetness. Highly complex with a multitude of nuances.
