Vineyards and elaboration
Vineyards are located in La Rioja Alavesa and are 10 to 80 years old. They are planted at an altitude of 620 meters above sea level. Viticulture is based on minimal intervention.
Wine harvesting is handmade in 15-kg baskets. Fermentation is spontaneus and takes place in open tanks, smoothly stirring.
Roberto Oliván is the young viticulturist that motivated this project. Following a long family tradition, he started to recover vineyards from unknown areas of the Rioja designation. It is a new generation Riojan winery that elaborates wine like their ancestors did, but with a more sofisticated touch.
