Caramelized Onion Tartlets with Sherry Vinegar and Cheese

Bote de Cebolla Caramelizada al Vinagre de Jerez para tartaletas

La Chinata Caramelized Onion in Sherry Vinegar is a delicious product to accompany a wide variety of dishes.
It is made with Reca Denomination of Origin onion, and is cut into cooked strips, along with liquid caramel, Sherry Vinegar and EVOO from our harvest, cooked using an artisan process in which it reaches its perfect cooking point and texture. Enjoy it with this delicious recipe for Tartlets with cheese!


Preparation time: 8 minutes

Servings: 8



  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC. 
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut circles with a cutter or a glass. Line a previously greased muffin tin with the circles of puff pastry. With a fork, prick the bases.
  3. In a bowl, mix the egg and the creme fraiche. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the tartlets with the Caramelized Onion in Sherry Vinegar and feta cheese. Divide the egg mixture among all the tartlets until ¾ full.
  5. Bake 25 minutes. Unmold and serve.
