La Chinata Small scallops in Scallop sauce with EVOO is a delicious ready-to-eat preserve with a delicious flavour and texture to bring to your table the most authentic flavours of the sea.
They are preserved in EVOO of our own harvest and we add scallop sauce, elaborated with the traditional Galician recipe.
They are perfect as a snack together with our Regañás in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as to make risotto, stews, ’empanadas’ or to make homemade pâtés. It pairs perfectly with our White Cepas.
