Sliced Iberian Morcón
Morcón is a particular cold cut, whose alboration is similar to Chorizo’s. The meat we have selected to prepare this piece has excellent quality and we have mostly get it from pig’s picnic shoulder. It is prepared with the large intestine instead of the small one and it requires speccial chopping, by hand and slowly. This time we have sliced it and make it ready to be served.
How to eat
We recommend it for any lunch or as a starter. It pairs really well with red wines such as Cepas El Raposo and with the Olive Flavoured Craft Beer 330 ml.
