This red wine comes from the Clariano subzone, in Fontanars dels Alforins, Valencia. It is made mainly with Moscatel variety but it also has 5 other varieties that make it pleasant and different. It stands out for its freshness and lightness.

It has an intense red colour and slightly clear, glyceric in the glass and very bright with purple reflections.

On the nose, it is intense and honest, fruit and red flowers aromas are dominant. It also has a hint of sweetness, with soft and slightly toasted nuances.

On the palate it has a voluminous entry, leaving a light and fresh sensation when swallowed and a very pleasant ripe and smooth tannin.

Recommended serving temperature is between 12 and 14 ºC.

Vineyard and elaboration

The owners of the winery opted for small plots in vineyards selected for their soils, age, altitude, slope, vigour of the vegetation, type of cluster and grapes' characteristics.

Vines are goblet-trained, dry-farmed and cultivated in an environmentally friendly way, without herbicides and with little intervention in the soil.

Grapes are manually harvested in 18-kg baskets, with partial destemming and light crushing. Each variety ferments separately in small 750-litre vats, with wild yeasts, at a controlled temperature, with a gentle pigeage, and short macerations for between 7 and 10 days. The wine ages 25% in barrels, 25% in vats and the rest in stainless steel tanks. It spends a total of 10 months on its fine lees.


It was founded in 2011 by Pilar Exteve and her husband José Domenech, together with Joan Llobell. It began in the couple's home where they made and stored their wine. Nowadays, they only release a few of their wines on the market, as they own very small plots.
