We love summer cold and light recipes like Salmorejo, that is why we have added it to our range of ready-made dishes.
We want to bring the rtraditional flavour to you, that is why we have made it following the traditional recipe with seaasonal tomatoes, pepper, bread, Sherry Vinegar, sea salt and, of course, our La Chinata EVOO. A combination that gets out mouth watering.
In addition, this salmorejo is not pasteurised, as we want it to preserve all its properties and exquisite flavour, as if it was homemade.

Tomatoes are seasonal delicious products, but we are not talking about any tomato, but real tomatoes, those harvested under the sun and get your mouth watering. From our passion for seasonal products came this salmorejo, made with fresh seasonal tomatoes and first quality ingredients so that you can enjoy a vegetable patch at home.
How to use
It is perfect for dinner or a quick, light and refreshing lunch.
Tomato (79,5%), pepper, extra virgin olive oil (9%), bread (wheat flour, water, vegetable fibre, salt, yeast), Sherry vinegar, garlic, sea salt.

Fresh product, keep refrigerated between 0ºC and 4ºC. Once opened, use by 2 days.
Shake well before serving.
