DESCRIPTION
The Acorn-Fed Ibérico Salchichón in slices has a fine and honeyed texture due to the combination of lean and fat, melted due to the quality of the pieces with which it is made.
It naturally contains oleic acid, which comes from the acorns given to these Iberian pigs.
La Chinata Acorn-Fed Iberico Salchichón comes in a delicate case, manually and finelly sliced with a knife, and placed in a spiral desing ready to be plated.

Iberian pork lean, salt, white pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, milk protein, corn dextrin, soy protein, dextrose, stabilizer (E-450i), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-252, E-250).

How to use
Recomendamos sacar el Salchichón Ibérico de Bellota Lonchas de la nevera al menos una hora antes para que el producto se atempere y se pueda apreciar todo su aroma y sabor.
It is an exquisite product that can be accompanied with a few drops of La Chinata EVOO, as well as with our Regañás. Likewise, it pairs very well with our Red Wines as well as with our Cerveza Artesana.
