Roasted Peppers in Syrup
La Chinata Roasted Peppers in Syrup are a traditional preserve, made with a selection of top quality peppers to offer a gourmet product with great flavour and texture.
This canned food is made from chopped red pepper, cooked in sugar and liquid caramel, following a traditional process with EVOO of our harvest. Once the optimum cooking level and texture have been reached, they are packed and the result is one of the most surprising flavours of the gourmet market.
It is recommended to eat them with all types of game meat and red meats such as pork tenderloin. It is also suitable for fishes like cod of hadock, omelettes, and for our variety of meat pâtés.
Red pepper (86%), sugar (8%), liquid caramel (5%), extra virgin olive oil (1%). May contain sulphites.
