La Chinata Duck Rillettes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil are naturally prepared with shredded duck meat of excellent quality, cooked in its own fat and seasoned with salt and pepper. In addition, they are elaborated with EVOO, which gives them an exquisite and juicier taste on our palate.
In spite of being a little known gourmet product, it can be increasingly seen in the most innovative kitchens, due to its multiple purposes. It can be eaten as it is or dabbed with our vegetable jams, such as the Pepper Jam, or even our Cherry Flavoured Balsamic Cream
This product is perfect to be spread on our Rustic Regañás with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It can also be a good dressing to give a distinctive flavour to stews, roasted meats, rice dishes or even salads.
We recommend serving it at room temperature or slightly chilled if it is being spread on bread, so as to enhance its nuances. It pairs perfectly with our Cepas El Raposo.
