La Chinata Red Pesto is a delicious sauce elaborated with EVOO, fresh and dried tomato, Grana padano cheese, basil, pine nuts, garlic and chilli.

It is a healthier and more nutritive option than other sauces, thanks to its plant-based recipe with nuts and EVOO. It is characterized by being a rich source of high quality proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Semi reduced tomato paste (38,2%), extra virgin olive oil (30,7%), cashews, dried tomato (7%), cheese (cow milk, sheep milk, salt, rennet) (5,8%), Gana Padano cheese (milk cow, salt, rennet, preservative (lisozima (egg))) (5,6%), basil (3,8%), salt, pine nuts (1%), garlic (0,2%), acidity regulator (citric acid), emulgent (soy lecithin), chilli. May contain traces of other nuts.
