Healthy Recipes: Olive Leaf Pasta with Dried Tomatoes, EVOO and La Chinata Pesto

We present one of those healthy recipes to eat in a healthy and delicious way any day of the week without having to spend hours in the kitchen. This is a very simple and nutritious recipe. In addition, it is made with very basic and high-quality ingredients with the La Chinata seal.

We are talking about the recipe for Organic Spinach Pasta in the shape of olive leaves and dried tomatoes, EVOO and Pesto La Chinata, with a final touch of Parmesan. Take note and light the stove that we started!

ELABORATION
Cook the pasta in a pot with plenty of boiling water for 12 to 13 minutes, depending on how cooked you like it.

While we cook the pasta, take the amount of pesto to taste and mix with a splash of EVOO La Chinata. We also chop the dried tomatoes.

Next, once the pasta is cooked and drained, we serve it on a plate and add the pesto mixture with EVOO and the chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the olive leaves.

Finally, before serving, add the grated Parmesan.
