We want to show you one of those easy recipes that are delicious and very simple to make, an Iberian secret, in which the combination of few ingredients makes it very tasty and different from the typical dishes that we usually cook at those times when we don't have time to do something very elaborate.

  1. 1.- In a non-stick frying pan, mark the seasoned secret on both sides. Once it is ready, we will let it rest.
  2. 2.- In the same pan, sauté the mango chutney over high heat, to use it as a garnish.
  3. 3.- Finally, we use the pepper jam as a sauce.
