Recipe: Sea Salt Chocolate Truffles

A sweet that cannot be missing at Christmas are truffles. Therefore, we are going to teach you a very simple recipe to make homemade chocolate truffles. You only need 3 ingredients:

How do we prepare it?

We begin by melting the La Chinata Chocolate in a bain-marie, when it is liquid, remove from the heat and add the Chocolate Cream with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Flor de Sal, mix both ingredients and place in the fridge, let it cool for 30 minutes to make it easier to shape.

We make small balls with the mixture and cover them with cocoa powder. And voila! We already have our delicious truffles ready to taste.
