Recipe: Glazed Salmon with Tomato Jam

We love this glazed salmon recipe perfect for tenderloins. It is very simple and nutritious, ideal for dinner or lunch. Take note!

GLAZED SALMON INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

1. Mix the Tomato Jam La Chinata with the soy sauce in a bowl and marinate the salmon for 30 minutes with this mixture.

2. Preheat the oven to 190ºC and bake the salmon with ¼ of the marinade.

3. While the salmon is cooking, place the sauce in a skillet and cook over low heat until it has reduced and thickened again.

4. Serve the salmon with the garnish of your choice, the sauce on top and some nuts.
