First, we put the dough in the oven at 180º for 5-7 minutes.
Once cooked and crispy, we pour the ingredients on top. The Pepper and Eggplant Cream, the Bonito del Norte, the Caramelized Onion, the dried tomatoes and the fresh basil. Finally, we add some 5-berry Pepper and it's ready to eat!
