Recipe: Green beans with La Chinata caramelized onion and almonds

  1. In a skillet over medium/high heat with a little La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the green beans until they start to steam and are cooked.
  2. Add the juice of one lemon and the Caramelized Onion to the La Chinata Sherry Vinegar.
  3. Turn off heat and set aside.
  4. On a baking sheet, toast the sliced almonds at 170º for about five minutes or until golden.
  5. Plate the beans and finish the dish with the sliced almonds.
