Recipe: Eggs with Pesto Alla Genovese

Pesto with EVOO La Chinata is not just for pasta. We bring you a delicious recipe perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It is very easy and you need very few ingredients, take note!

Preparation

First of all, we split a slice of bread and spread it with a ripe avocado and reserve.

In a frying pan, we put a boat of Pesto alla Genovese La Chinata and fry it. Once hot, add the eggs. Add a little Salt in Scales with Paprika.

Once ready, we serve the eggs with the pesto on the slices of bread that we have spread with avocado.
