Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Cookies Recipe

If you want to taste a sweet and healthy snack, we suggest this recipe for cookies with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon, without butter! 1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC

2. Sift the flour into a bowl along with the baking soda, the leavening powder and the salt.

3. In another bowl, mix the olive oil with the eggs, sugar and lemon zest

4. Combine the two mixtures and form a dough. Make balls and pass through a little white sugar.

5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10/12 minutes until golden.
