Recipe: Boated Macaroni, Pesto, and Cashew Salad

We propose you a salad in a boat with your favorite ingredients like this salad of Macaroni with Olive Flour and Pesto Alla Genovese. Do you want to know what ingredients we have used? Take note!

Ingredients

  • Pesto alla Genovese.
  • Macaroni with olive flour.
  • Feta cheese.
  • Bonito del Norte belly in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Dried Tomatoes in EVOO.
  • Gordal Olives Stuffed with Gherkin with Mustard.
  • Roasted Cashews with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Truffle and Smoked Paprika.
  • Green shoots.

Elaboration

This recipe is very simple, fresh for these hot months and perfect to take anywhere. Do you want to know how it is prepared? We are telling you in the following lines:

  1. To begin, we put water to cook and, when it is boiling, we add the pasta and leave them until they are to our liking. Do you eat pasta al dente or softer? Once ready, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. We almost have the recipe ready! Now we have to cut our ingredients into small pieces and place them in the jar. We recommend that you do it as indicated, since in this way, the shape of the ingredients will not be affected and will be much more visual. If you prefer, you can not cut everything and leave some ingredients whole. We have shredded the Bonito del Norte Belly in EVOO and cut the feta cheese into small pieces.
  3. It's time to plate! At the base: A couple of tablespoons of Pesto Alla Genovesse, then a little of the previously cooked pasta. This is taking shape. Now, add some cubes of feta cheese and, on top, the Bonito del Norte Belly along with some Dried Tomatoes in EVOO (we are super fans of this product, we cannot miss it in the pantry). We are finishing off our salad with a couple of Gordal Olives stuffed with Gherkin and some toasted Cashew Nuts with EVOO, Truffle and Smoked Paprika. We crown with some Green Shoots and that's it! We already have our delicious Macaroni Salad with Olive Flour, Pesto and Cashew Nuts. Wherever he goes, he succeeds, we assure you.
