Recipe: Sheep Cheese Tart with Truffle without oven

The cheesecake versions are endless. We are passionate about this ingredient and we wanted to make a no-bake cheesecake recipe with our Sheep Cheese with Truffle. We loved the sheep cheese cake result so we want to share it with you. We give you the recipe step by step. You will need the following:

Elaboration of the sheep cheese cake:

  1. Put the cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, a little salt and milk in a saucepan or similar. Heat over low heat until all the ingredients are integrated.
  2. Once it starts to boil, mix everything well and then add the drained plain gelatin. Stir for approximately two minutes while the mixture remains on the heat. It already smells amazing, but wait until you add the star ingredient, you will drool!
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the cubes of Sheep Cheese with Truffle and stir until it melts into the mixture. We recommend that you do not let them melt completely: that way, once the cake is ready to eat, you will find bits of cheese and the flavor will be spectacular. If you prefer a homogeneous mixture, you can give it a touch with a hand blender or kitchen robot so that it is smooth and without lumps.
  4. Pour the mixture into the La Chinata cheese jars and let it warm up a bit. This will cause the gelatin to work and partially solidify.
  5. Once tempered, add a bit of Mango and Cava Jam to taste as decoration and to give it a sweet and special touch thanks to the combination of this tropical fruit with cava. Close the jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
