We love Eggs Benedict! But we wanted to make a more particular version with our favorite ingredients. It is one of the breakfasts that we like the most and we had to share this combination with you.
We tell you the ingredients of these Benedictine eggs:
- Bread roll.
- fresh eggs.
- Truffle mayonnaise with EVOO.
- Salt Mill in Flakes with Paprika.
- Iberian dewlap.
Instead of the usual Dutch sauce we have used truffle mayonnaise, creamier than conventional mayonnaise and with an intense touch of truffle. Poach the eggs in water with a little vinegar and assemble with all the ingredients.
