
Recipe for Spinach salad with 'La Chinata' black olive pâté.

SPINACH SALAD INGREDIENTS
- baby spinach.
- Fresh mushrooms.
- Pinions.
- Black olive pâté 'La Chinata'.
- Extra virgin olive oil 'La Chinata'.
- Sea salt flakes 'La Chinata'.
ELABORATION
1º We put in a bowl the amount of spinach we want, we add the pine nuts that we could previously have toasted and the mushroom, clean and cut into thin slices.
2º Next, in another container, we put a couple of tablespoons of the black olive pate and the extra virgin olive oil and beat with a whisk until emulsified. To carry out this step, we could also choose to mix the ingredients with the mixer to make it more uniform.
As advice; We could also add a bit of caramelized onion to the sherry vinegar from 'La Chinata', which will give us a unique and exquisite touch.
3º Spray the spinach, mushrooms and pine nuts with this sauce and we have our salad ready. A simple and quick recipe for any occasion.
