INGREDIENTS (for 2 people):

ELABORATION

1º Put the eggs to boil, approximately 12 minutes. A trick so that we can peel them more easily is to add a little salt while they cook.

2º Meanwhile, we open the white tuna, drain it well and put it in a bowl. And we are also chopping the chives, which we will add at the end.

3º Once the eggs are cooked, wash them well in cold water and peel them. Then we split them in half.

4º The last step is to mix the egg yolks with the truffle mayonnaise and the tuna, the quantity of both products that we want.

5º Finally, we plate and sprinkle a little chives and black salt on top, and it's ready to eat!
