Lamb chops with couscous, cream flavored with cherries and salt in 'La Chinata' black olive flakes

This week we are sharing another of our easy cooking recipes to enjoy a gourmet meal with top quality ingredients and a very simple preparation with lamb. Our protagonist will be the lamb chops and we are going to make them with cous-cous, cream flavored with cherries and salt flakes of 'La Chinata' black olives. Sounds good right? Well, let's get down to work, aim!

INGREDIENTS

ELABORATION

  1. First of all, we have to hydrate the cous-cous, in a proportion of twice the amount of water or broth that of semolina.
  2. Once the cous-cous is cooked, we will add the zucchini and young garlic raw, or sautéed, according to taste, and we will dress it with the cream flavored with cherry.
  3. On the other hand, in a frying pan, with a few drops of EVOO we will put the lamb chops.
  4. Once the chops are ready, we will finish them with the salt in black olive flakes.
