Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk (it can be cow's milk, almond milk or any other milk you prefer)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder Valle Coronado
- 1/4 teaspoon of Valle Coronado Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Coronado Valley Star Anise
- a pinch of Black Pepper Grinder 5 Berries La Chinata
Elaboration
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper, and star anise.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Let the milk boil for a minute and then lower the heat and allow the mixture to heat up for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the mixture to remove the star anise and any clumps of turmeric.
Serve your turmeric latte hot and decorate with some cinnamon and star anise and enjoy its delicious flavor and all its health benefits.
