Recipe for canal Cooking of White Tuna Tartlets and Fried Peppers and Onions by chef Gonzalo D'Ambrosio

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 UNITS

ELABORATION

  1. We spray the mold or grease each of the cupcake holes with butter. If you don't have one of these molds, you can make it in small molds or the large version, in a normal metal or ceramic pie plate.
  2. We put in each hole a wafer of dumplings puff pastry.
  3. We distribute the drained fry for each wafer.
  4. Crumble the tuna into large pieces and distribute over the frying pan.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cream, eggs and salt and pepper. With the help of a jug or a saucepan we distribute the fry and the tuna throughout all the molds, bathing it.
  6. On top of each mold we will spread grated cheese and bake in an oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes or until a golden color is achieved on top of the tartlets.
  7. Unmold and serve with chopped fresh parsley.
