Bagel recipe with salmon and artichoke cream cheese

We are going to take advantage of our La Chinata Artichoke Cream with a healthy and quick recipe for Bagel with salmon and cheese.

Artichoke Cream is also ideal to eat on its own, accompanied by a little bread or scolds, as well as to cook a wide variety of dishes: Sauces, meat and fish stews, empanadas, rice dishes, pizzas, dumplings or even to give it a little flavor to the garnishes.

INGREDIENTS

4 bagels or muffins

100 grams of cream cheese

100 grams of La Chinata artichoke cream

200 grams of Smoked Salmon

Optional: Red onion, capers, cucumbers, salt, pepper. Procedure

ELABORATION

  1. Cut the bagels in half and toast a little in the oven.

2. Mix the cream cheese with the Artichoke Cream and spread the breads.

3. Assemble the sandwich with layers of salmon, onion, etc.
