PRIMUM is a Premium extra virgin olive oil made with a hand-picked selection of olives done in the first few days of the harvest campaign. Grinding process is made in the oil press within 24 hours from cold harvesting and natural decantation.
The annual production of PRIMUM extra virgin olive oil is limited and the product is packaged in an exclusive glass bottle, inside an elegant wooden case, making it one of the best gourmet presents for exquisite palates.

We consider ourselves well-versed in olive oils, with an artisanal olive oil store in town. But this is the best I have ever tasted. It is delicate yet full of flavor. I have been using it where the oil is a main ingredient, such as salads so I can appreciate the full flavor. The packaging is gorgeous.

Mucha calidad, sí, pero prefiero los gustos más marcados. Además, demasiado emperifollada» la confección. Entiendo que es una botella «de coleccionista», pero creo que no hace falta tanta madera, caja de dentro, de fuera…»

Ha alcanzado todas mis expectativas. Una presentación perfecta y muy elegante que da valor añadido al aceite. El aceite es suave, un saber muy agradable . No soy experto en aceites pero lo probé con pan y tomate y fue uno de los mejores día, todo me sabía buenísimo. Si quieres marcarte un regalazo, es ideal… ;-)
