Poussin chicken is a very popular breed because of its firm, tender and very tasty meat, compared to other more common breeds.
We wanted to marinate it so that you can enjoy this exclusive delicacy without having to spend hours in the kitchen. Just open a jar and you can prepare a delicious salad or a cold dish for a very special lunch or dinner.
It is stimmed as the traditional recipe says and it is handmade.
It has no preservatives or colourings and it only has basic ingredients such as sherry vinegar, EVOO, purple garlic, salt and natural spices.
It is recommended to serve at room temperature and once opened, use by 48 hours.

Boneless chicken (60%), water, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil (4%), purple garlic (0,6%), salt, black pepper (0,1%), bay leaf (0,05%).
