The Ox Cheeks are a honeyed meat with a mild flavor, which admits a wide variety of accompaniments, such as ratatouille, mashed potatoes, vegetables or mushrooms, or any sauce to the taste of the diners. The suckling pig is a delicious delicacy at any time, due to its characteristic flavor and crunchy appearance, which is perfectly complemented with a light salad. For its part, the Lechal Leg of Lamb is presented as another classic dish that pairs wonderfully with roasted potatoes or a lettuce salad and is an unequivocal symbol of guaranteed success at any table.

Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from La Chinata and top quality ingredients, the recipes are marketed respecting all safety standards, packed in vacuum cans, covered with cardboard packaging with superimposed images as presentation suggestions. With a price ranging from €16 to €21 and a guaranteed weight of between 750 and 850 grams, depending on the reference, these dishes will save you time and money.

Ox cheeks roasted in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and high-quality beef cheeks, this honeyed meat with a mild flavor is perfect for developing an exquisite recipe for two.
Method of preparation: open the can and extract the piece, draining the oil well. Place it in an ovenproof dish and cut it into not very large pieces.
Microwave: heat for 1 minute at full power.
Oven: preheat to 180º C and insert the tray. Bake 9 or 10 minutes.
Serve with ratatouille, mashed potatoes, vegetables or mushrooms. If you want to add a sauce to taste (Spanish, cheese...).
Ingredients: beef cheek (63,53%), extra virgin olive oil (28,76%), water, salt, ground black pepper, thyme, bay leaf, black peppercorns.

Roasted suckling pig in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Enjoy the traditional suckling pig, tasty and crunchy, for 2 people, made with high quality raw material and EVOO. They have been fed only with breast milk to maintain the delicate and special flavor so characteristic of this dish.
Method of preparation: preheat the oven to 250º C. Open the tin, remove the piece, draining the oil well, and place it on an oven rack at medium height. Place a tray below to collect the juice. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, checking occasionally, until the skin is crisp. As each oven is different, check that the skin of the suckling pig is crisp by poking it with a fork. Otherwise, continue baking until the desired crispiness is achieved.
Serve accompanied by a light salad.

Leg of suckling lamb roasted in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and suckling lamb, fed only with breast milk, this dish for two people will be a success at any table.
Method of preparation: preheat the oven to 250º C. Open the tin, remove the piece, draining the oil well, and place it on an oven rack at medium height. Place a tray below to collect the juice that it releases. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, checking from time to time.
Serve with a lettuce salad or roast potatoes.
Ingredients: suckling pig leg (65,55%), extra virgin olive oil (26,52%), water, bay leaf, ground black pepper, salt, black peppercorns, thyme.
