With your order, you will get 6 pizza doughs made with our EVOO. You will love their crusty and fine yet fluffy texture.

Our first suggestion gives the main role to the Bay of Biscay and Anchovy fillets in EVOO, that you can season with 5 berries pepper.

Description

How to use:

  1. Bake the dough for 5 min at 250ºC.
  2. Use Truffeld Burrata to prepare this dish and put it after getting the dough out of the oven.
  3. Then add Anchovy fillet and season with 5 berries pepper.
  4. Enjoy the aroma, flavour and texture of this dish. Combination between Burrata’s texture and Anchovies salinity makes this pizza a spectacular dish.

You can also enjoy an Extremaduran elaboration. We include our Acorn-fed Pork Jowls, our Confited Artichokes and Caramelised Onion. A spectacular flavour combination.

How to use:

  1. Put mozzarella on the dough together with tomato to taste.
  2. Add our Acorn-fed Pork Jowls, our Confited Artichokes and our Caramelised Onion.
  3. Bake the dough for 5 min at 250ºC.
  4. Serve and taste Italy!

Artisan Mozzarella and Truffled Burrata

Cheese is a must on pizza and, if it is artisan,  fresh and made by a master cheesemaker with attentiveness and following the traditional italian recipe, it must be better!

On the one hand, you will find two mozzarella cheeseballs made with the best raw materials from the North and the authentic Italian recipe. This way, Biribil Brothers have created an exquisite mozzarella following a traditional process with a soul from Bilbao.

On the other hand, Truffled Burrata is born from the colaboration between Biribil Brothers and Balme house, specilised in truffle. It is made with fresh milk daily gathered from Bizkaia farmers, then burratas are filled with fresh cream mixed with cheese strips. We combine it with chopped summer truffles and then burratas are one by one made. A 100% traditional process.
