La Chinata introduces its delicious Roasted Piquillo Peppers. A bite from Extremadura, from the fertile area of Valle de Alagón.
Peppers are selected one by one and hand-peeled traditionally. Then they are roasted in a natural way and manually packaged in their own juice.
All of this, together with the unique touch that Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives them, results in a spectacular flavour.
Piquillo pepper, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, acidulant (citric acid).
