DESCRIPTION
The Piece of Acorn-fed Iberico Chorizo has a bright red colour, mixed with white and pink given by the arbitrarily spread fat, typical of the artisanal processes.
Likewise, it has a very delicate cut due to the mince quality because of, again, its traditional way of producing.
Its texture is unctuous and its flavour is smooth, intense and fresh, with a sweet and salty touch that lingers on the palate.
It has a subtle and firm aroma of meat, spices and smoked meats, and with a perfect balance of both salt and spicy.

How to use
