La Chinata Red Pesto is a tasty sauce made in the purest Italian style with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh and dried tomato, Grana Padano cheese, basil, pine nuts, garlic and chilli.
It is a very healthy and nutritious option compared to other sauces, thanks to its composition based on vegetables, nuts and EVOO and is characterised by being a great source of high-quality protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS
Semi-concentrated tomato paste (38.2%), extra virgin olive oil (30.7%), cashew nuts, dried tomato (7%), cheese (cow's milk, sheep's milk, salt, rennet) (5, 8%), Grana Padano cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet, preservative (lysozyme (egg))) (5.6%), basil (3.8%), salt, pine nuts (1%), acidity regulator (citric acid), garlic (0.2%), emulsifier (soy lecithin), chilli. It may contain traces of other nuts.
How to use
La Chinata Red Pesto is a delicious sauce to combine with all kinds of pasta, as well as for meat and vegetable dishes or for fillings of empanadas or dumplings.
