La Chinata Iberian Pork Pâté with Paprika is a delicious spread with the whole flavour of the Extremaduran gastronomy. On one hand, it includes a foundation of extra virgin olive oil from our olives, as well as a selection of Iberian meat from our region, to which Pimentón de La Vera D.O. is added, providing a sweet and smoky touch to every bite.
It is a perfect cream to spread on bread or regañás, as well as side to red meats, or to combine with potatoes or to make sauce for pasta and vegetables.
We suggest serving the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread, so as to enhance its nuances in the mouth. It pairs perfectly with our La Chinata red wine.
