Iberian Pork Pâté
La Chinata's Iberian pork pâté is prepared with pieces of excellent quality Iberian pork "secreto" from the pastures of Extremadura. The "secreto" is one of the parts of the pig that prestigious chefs appreciate the most, thanks to its texture and flavour.
This pâté is recommended to be spread on bread as a snack, since it has a very soft and tasty texture, or eaten with our variety of regañás. We suggest you dab it with some of the different balsamic creams of La Chinata, such as the cherry, fig or truffle-flavoured ones, as they will give it a slightly sweet taste; as well as with our great variety of jams. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive touch to dishes, such as stews or roasted meats.
We suggest serving the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread, so as to enhance its nuances in the mouth. It pairs perfectly with our La Chinata red wine.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep the product refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
