DESCRIPTION

It is a very nutritious spread as peppers are selected one by one to guarantee their freshness and quality; they are a great antioxidant and have a high content in provitamin A (Beta-carotene and cryptoxanthin) that our organism transforms into vitamin A. In addition, it also contains vitamins from  B, C and E groups. And, among the minerals they contain, we can highlight potassium, and, in a lower proportion, magnesium, phosphorous and calcium. Furthermore, chilli is good for the heart, as it lowers blood pressure, boosts the circulatory system, reduces cholesterol and it is a natural anticoagulant that reduces the risk of having a heart attack. It also has potassium, vitamins A and C and it is very low in sodium. Besides it has iron, magnesium, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin.

    Bueno como canario que aprecia los mojos, he de decir que esta crema de pimientos y Chili me resulta muy agradable y me ha servido para las carnes y para las papas arrugadas, también acompañan bien con unas bravas. Su precio tal vez debería estar un poco mas ajustado.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated, keep the product covered with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Consume within 9 days.
