La Chinata Partridge Pâté with EVOO is made with high quality partridge pices, an exquisite game bird used by prestigious chefs thanks to its texture, flavour and versatility. In addition, it is made with EVOO, which makes it delicious in the mouth.
We recommend this pâté as snack spread on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of “regañás” and “picos”. You can eat it without anything else or you can give it a touch with our vegetable jams, such as our Pepper Jam. You can also combine it with our Cherry Flavoured Balsamic Cream, Truffle Flavoured Balsamic Cream or Fig Flavoured Balsamic Cream It can be a good dressing as well to give a distinctive flavour to stews, roasted meats or even rice dishes.
It is recommended to serve it slightly chilled if spread on bread, so as to enhance its nuances on the palate. It pairs perfectly with our Cepas Red Wine and our Olive Flavoured Craft Beer 330 ml.
