La Chinata Venison pâté with Pedro Ximénez is a delicious and healthy pâté that combines the exquisite flavour of venison meat, a classic in the gourmet world, and Pedro Ximénez qualities, a delicacy with a velvety and unctuous taste which is very used in Mediterranean cuisine.
It is a perfect pâté to enhance the most different dishes, to be added in meat recipes and to be spread on bread or on our regañás, even with a final touch of one of our fig, cherry or honey balsamic creams, or with our wide range of vegetable jams.
We suggest serving the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread, so as to enhance its nuances in the mouth. It pairs perfectly with our La Chinata red wine or our Olive Flavoured Craft Beer.
