La Chinata Black Olives Spread is made with a selection of the best first quality raw ingredients, combined with our La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which will give it an authentic flavour from Extremadura region. This region is known for its vast olive fields and its products bring an excellent flavour to a wide range of recipes.
This cream has a soft and light flavour due to black olives, and is ideal for salads, empanadas, rice dishes, pasta, vinaigrettes, pizzas or just to spread on bread.
It is a product with a high energy value because black olives have vitamin E and iron. Moreover, its high content of unsaturated fatty acids and its high content in dietary fiber and minerals improve our body´s resistance to free radicals and prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Black olives (93.5%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity corrector (lactic acid), preservative (sorbic acid). May contain traces of milk, nuts and peanuts.
Nutrition Facts per 100g: Calories 1069KJ/260 KCal, Total fat 27.1g, Saturated fat 8.7g, Carbohydrates 0.8g, Sugar 0.8g, Dietary Fibre 3,2g, Protein 1.6g, Salt 3.9g.
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and covered with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Use by 7 days.
