‘Patatera’ Chorizo Pâté
‘Patatera’ chorizo pâté is made with this traditional cold meat from Extremadura and it is a symbol of the region of Cáceres, as it portrays part of its history and geography. It uses different raw materials that honour the region: porks and its pastures, seasonal potatoes grown in its vegetable patches and paprika from La Vera; as well as Extra virgin olive oil from its olive trees.
This cold meat is increasingly being used in haute cuisine due to its unique flavour and ability to be combined with plenty of dishes. We recommend adding this pâté to the croquettes batter, to Spanish omelettes, stews or sauces. It can be even eaten spread on bread or with our regañas, with a final touch of blossom honey, as well as with our wide range of caramelised products, vegetables and our spreadable Torta del Casar cheese, to create a 100% Extremaduran snack, together with our La Chinata Red Wine.

Store in a dry and cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use by 7 days.
