Pastura Cheese with Truffle Mini
This cheese is a 100% natural product from Finca Pascualete, located in the province of Cáceres. Its elaboration is inspired by the traditional recipe of the Italian Tuscany, which arrived in Extremadura thanks to the transhumant shepherds, and to which has been added the exquisite black truffle, also Italian, making Pastura an exquisite and unique cheese.
Its white and tender moldy rind preserves a delicate creamy yet compact paste, sprinkled with truffle bits. Its flavor is very balanced and in the mouth the sweet flavors of the dough contrast with the earthy aroma of the rind and the delicate flavor of the truffle.
The flock of sheep of this Extremaduran cheese factory, with a great family tradition, grazes every day among holm oaks, cork oaks and a multitude of native species such as rockrose and thyme, giving the livestock a completely natural diet, reflected in the flavor of its cheese.
