Recipe: Naan Bread with Pork, Yogurt and Mango Chutney

The Mango and Apple Chutney with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a very aromatic and tasty jam with a texture very similar to marmalade and with a sweet and sour and fruity flavor.

It is made over low heat from mango and apple, white wine vinegar, sugar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and spices such as mustard and cloves.

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan with a little LA CHINATA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cook the pork with the minced garlic for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the mango chutney and lime juice and cook for another minute.
  3. Toast the naan breads in a pan or on a grill and spread with the Greek yogurt, sprinkle with the minced meat and finish with cilantro and chopped parsley
